Chris came out to shutdown the swamp cooler and turn on the furnace. He checked both the furnace and the swamp cooler thoroughly. The swamp cooler cover turned out not to be usable. He texted me photos from the roof when I went up to Salmon's to get a new one so that I wouldn't get the wrong size or wrong venting. The service was excellent and very professional. My A/C stopped working the Friday of the Forth of July weekend. I called on July fifth, and they said they could come out the next day, between 8-10. The service tech was here at 8. He found the problem quickly, had everything to fix it right then (blown fuse and another little thing) and I was happily surprised by the cost. Now again I am in icy cold bliss, thanks to Western Mehanical
