About Duke City Occupational Medicine

Duke City Occupational Medicine is a medical facility that provides a range of services, including vision exams and DOT physicals. While the front desk service can be inconsistent, with some staff members showing a lack of courtesy and professionalism, the medical staff is highly regarded. The facility director, Dr. Emmel, is particularly notable for being thorough, detailed, and professional in his approach. The clinic's atmosphere is friendly and helpful, with some staff members going above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable and supported. However, it's essential to note that the front desk service can be rushed, and patients may not receive the level of attention they expect. Overall, while Duke City Occupational Medicine has its strengths and weaknesses, it is a reputable facility with a dedicated medical team.

Experience worth five stars. The woman at the counter was quite helpful as well as nice. checking me in was easy and quick and I didn’t have to wait long after that. All around great place to go. 👍🏼

I had a great experience at Duke City Occupational healthcare today. The facility was clean and the folks i dealt with were great. Everyone at the front counter was helpful and friendly. The tech helping me, Angel, was just that, an angel. She explained everything happening clearly and offered help and support through the entire process. I hope everyone that visits, gets treated the way i was today.
