I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues I have encountered regarding the receptionist, who I believe is named Veronica (red hair receptionist). While I have always received exceptional care from the doctors and nurses (10/10), the repeated unprofessionalism and lack of attention from the receptionist have left me with no choice but to seek care elsewhere.

Loved the office and staff, super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend their service, had a DOT physical and they were through and quick.

I like that after you become an established patient you don’t have to wait forever to get an appointment. I get in pretty quickly when I call for an appointment. I really like the nurse there she was very sweet n made me feel comfortable dealing with a very sensitive painful issue for which I’ve been treated very poorly for in the past. I think Dr. Vigil is a provider that is going to take all factors into consideration and always come to a plan that is ultimately best for his patients health.
