Jennifer Duffy and Ashly are two of the best medical providers I’ve seen in a very long time. They truly listen to your concerns, take the time to understand your needs, and make you feel comfortable and cared for during every visit. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to their patients are exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable and genuinely caring healthcare providers.
Nurse Kyla or similar name lacks professionalism and compassion in dealing with patients.
I repeatedly asked her questions about a letter that was on the table when she was taking my vitals. I did not have my glasses to read the print. When I got home I read the letter. The letter said Jennifer Sanchez, my practitioner was leaving the practice. I couldn’t believe something as simple as that was not relayed to me by the nurse or Ms. Sanchez.
Kyla begin asking me the normal questions when you go to the doctor. She also asked what medications I was taking. I gave her a list of my medications. She refused to get the list. She said she would ask instead.

Love my provider, Jenise Rancher! Unfortunately, the front desk team is not nearly as excellent. I tried to make an appointment over the phone a few days ago, but the phones weren't working. When I went in person to make an appointment and mentioned the phones, no one apologized or seemed concerned about resolving the issue. Then today, when I arrived for my appointment, there was an older gentleman and his daughter who waited 30mins past their appointment time. While they were still waiting, the front desk ladies left for the day. All that to say, my experience with my provider is excellent, but my experience with the receptionists has been...less than excellent.
