“I contracted Mark and Marjorie for a major remodel to my house. The result well exceeded my expectations. “We had water damage from below our oak floor. After another company removed the floor from the affected room and cleaned up any mold, and after my plumber repaired the radiant heat line, I contacted Select Floors and another flooring company and got quotes.

Select Floors quote was low. Furthermore, they had installed the oak floor when my house was built 21 years ago and it had held up very well for that entire time.

Only the flooring in one room had been removed, but two more rooms and the hallway had to be refinished to match. The result is exquisite! The surface is flat and level, not surprising since the slab was too. The finish is perfect and the floor is perfectly sanded.

We hired a mover to take the furniture out of the study so the accompanying pictures show the entire floor with a couple of close-ups.
