Obed's artistic eye helped me select the right color of wood flooring to harmonize with the wood doors of the bedroom where the flooring was installed. He also took time to answer all my questions about the whole process.

The installation team was excellent. They completed the installation of the flooring in 2 days! The installation crew was well organized, efficient, careful, and meticulously cleaned up after the job was done. Gabriel, the crew boss, explained to me every step of the installation process.

“We only have wonderful things to say about Carpet One Flooring. We were initially referred to Bobby by our plumber whom we have worked with for 18 years. Bobby was professional, informative, and not pushy when we approached him about changing out our old floors for new engineered hardwood. He offered many options of flooring and helped us choose a product that we love.

He and his staff did an excellent job in the installation. We were grateful that we could have him and his staff move our furniture out of a majority of our house prior to the installation and move it back after the installation (it costs a bit more.) The project took almost two weeks, and we lived in our house during the installation. Everyday, Bobby and his staff left the work space clean and tidy. “Daniel and his workers completely transformed my “new” home from a deplorable condition, and walked me through the entire process. I haven’t had great luck out here getting folks to contract but they were prompt and thorough (and kind, I might add, since the place was carpeted to cover all the damage and I was very upset.) we had initially discussed the need for a darker stain to hide the damage, but they restored the original red oak hardwood with only a few places that needed to be replaced. These folks know their craft and do it impeccably well! And to add to my accolades, they were very competitive in their price. Get the job done once and by the right folks.“

“He’s a Santa Fe gem!! Jhonny did an incredible job replacing the old flooring in our office. There were two layers of glued on linoleum tiles which I thought would never come off. He quickly removed the old flooring and replaced it with beautiful Saltillo tiles. This small room is now the most beautiful room in our house. We’re looking forward to hiring him again!“

“This is a comment for the "Google User" who gave the 1 star review 6 years ago. The owner probably didn't contact you because you didn't realize how important the installation is. She could have provided a wonderful product, but with an incompetent installer, the whole job could have been a mess. Then you might have gone back to her wanting some kind of recompense for a problem she had no control over and was not responsible for. I don't blame her for not calling you back, under the circumstances, I wouldn't have either.“
