If a new roof or serious roof repair is on your resolution list for 2024, look no more... LNB will do a great job at a fair price.My NM flat roof was over 20 yrs old but I was shocked at prices and the variety of new roof options. I watched a couple of Youtube videos to learn about the various materials. I decided against silicone, and other coatings but covering my entire roof with LNB's special membrane would be pricey. Lucas, the owner, came up with a plan for installing some IB material now plus repairing the remaining tar and gravel. He proposed the project in phases which was a perfect solution.
