“I had shoulder replacement surgery on April. When I was cleared to begin PT I was still in a sling and couldn’t imagine that I would regain my mobility. 12 weeks later and I have almost 100% range of my motion, my strength is improving and I can perform all of my activities of daily living. “I have been to two Motions now. Each is excellent in their own way. Most recently I have been having physical therapy at the one in Nyack. I have been so impressed with big and little things here. One thing that struck me immediately was that everyone who worked there, even if they were not assigned to me, made eye contact and smiled and made sure I got anythjng I needed, without waiting: water, moving on to the next exercise, etc. And quite obviously this was a top down from the manager, Subin Babu. Additionally, he noticed things I was doing that no one ever noticed before, and his recommendations helped me immensely. I highly recommend doing physical therapy here. I met Matt for the initial interview. I explained my symptoms and pain level depending on Matt's arm/shoulder manipulation. He's courteous, friendly and professional. He then spoke with Patricia (Manager) to explain his observations.
Patricia spoke with me on a course of therapy and would advise my doctor. I'll start with three days per week.
