“I had a total of 12 sessions of PT starting with an evaluation for insurance purposes. All of the sessions were conducted by a total of4 therapists and 2 assistants. They all were very professional, courteous yet friendly.. they all explained how to do the exercises and made sure that I do them right. I met Matt for the initial interview. I explained my symptoms and pain level depending on Matt's arm/shoulder manipulation. He's courteous, friendly and professional. He then spoke with Patricia (Manager) to explain his observations.
Patricia spoke with me on a course of therapy and would advise my doctor. I'll start with three days per week.
