“I'm really happy with my BJ kitchen experience for my cabinet and counter purchase/installation!They were really patient with me as a first time DIYer, walking me through all my options, hearing out what I was trying to do, and making it happen. My job was pretty small but I feel they gave me plenty of attention.I'm especially impressed with the guys who came and made the template for the marble; they made a special cut to match my irregular exposed brick wall.At no point did the team disrespect me, even though I'm a young woman and I didn't know exactly what I was doing. Also, they were a lot cheaper than the other quote I got.In retrospect, I would have paid up front to keep things moving. they will do the work on deposits and accept payment to initiate delivery, but I found that added extra steps and wasted time.Full disclosure, most people outside of the sales team did not speak English well.
