“Overall very pleased! The installers were very polite and accommodating however our cable line was damaged during the installation, I spoke to the owner who had the installer call me. The installer apologized (it was not intentional) but I still think the business should have covered the cable bill although I didn't demand it. A customer needs to feel their issue isn't dismissed yet I didn't get that impression from the owner. I was also told the walls would be wiped down from the stuff that comes off the backing during the layout but that wasn't done either.
Again we were very happy overall. The carpets look great!“

“Mike retiled my shower and was great to work with. He was very communicative throughout the process and stuck to the estimate. I felt very comfortable with him and his father working in my home while I was out of town and at work. My only complaint was that there was dust all over my apartment after the demolition. Mike kindly offered a credit for a cleaning service to help remedy that, which I appreciated. The tiling came out great, I would definitely hire Mike again!“
