I'm really happy with my BJ kitchen experience for my cabinet and counter purchase/installation!They were really patient with me as a first time DIYer, walking me through all my options, hearing out what I was trying to do, and making it happen. My job was pretty small but I feel they gave me plenty of attention.I'm especially impressed with the guys who came and made the template for the marble; they made a special cut to match my irregular exposed brick wall.At no point did the team disrespect me, even though I'm a young woman and I didn't know exactly what I was doing. Excellent service.! I have used BJ Flooring multilple times for my interior design clients. Design reps and delivery team has gone above and beyond to get my goods delivered correctly and on time. Great response andattention to details. Highly reccomend.
Visited BK Kitchen via a referral at the Philadelphia location and received quality and professional assistance for my kitchen cabinet selection. The representative I worked with was very patient, knowledgeable and responsive in all my cabinet questions. I did however receive the wrong cabinet size for one of my cabinets. I was able to contact my representative who worked very quickly to have the correct size cabinet door expedited to my home address. Overall, great staff, great cabinet quality and will definitely refer BJ Kitchen to my friends and family. Keep up the good job!
