“I had a hose break under my kitchen sink, causing a small flood. My condo assoc.'s insurance contracted with PuroClean of Wayne to provide remediation services. The owner along with 2 employees came to my unit to assess the damage and determine what remediation was needed. The cabinets and countertop as well as my sink needed to be removed to determine the damage. Karl (the owner) offered to build a makeshift structure to hold my sink so I would not be inconvenienced by staying at a hotel. Classy move and well above and beyond the scope of work he was hired to do.His employees, Mark & Mike were very professional and courteous. They performed the demolition work very quietly and quickly. While there was no damage to the subfloor, nor the dry wall behind the cabinetry and moisture readings were low and equal in all areas of my condo, as a precautionary measure they brought in 2 fan blowers and a dehumidifier. Again they offered to do a few things that were out of their scope of work. They even said goodbye to my 2 small dogs, using their names!If I ever find myself in the position of needing a remediation service again, I will certainly use PuroClean of Wayne! “Our house is not well insulated and felt drafty and we paid a lot in energy costs. Especially the attic insulation was a mess. To save money and get the most bang for the buck we decided to redo only the attic insulation (and not insulate the basement or walls). We scheduled the initial consultation to get a free professional assessment and a quote. It was easy to schedule the initial consultation, which was professional and courteous and left us with a solution we liked at a competitive price. We really liked that the owner of the company came to the house and inspected the house and attic. We liked that the company uses blown cellulose, which I believe is a superior product over fiberglass. Communication of the entire process and estimate is electronic. We received several text reminders and everything worked out perfectly. A team of three came at the agreed time and removed all old insulation and re-insulated the attic in 1 day. They were courteous and worked very clean. The attic insulation looks very neat now, but best of all, the house feels much warmer and we already notice a significant reduction in using the heating system. I think the entire experience is excellent and would definitely recommend to anyone.“
