I have been working with Constructive for 6 years and in that time we have done many projects together. I have recently purchased a new house and it was in need of updates. I had two every out of date bathrooms that needed total updates. He was able to create a gorgeous half bath and the master bathroom of my dreams. Constructive did remodels in my pervious home as well. When I moved in the basement was unfinished and the guest bath needed to have the floors replaced. Albert and his team of professionals were terrific to deal with and collaborate on our project. We designed and built out a cafe bar with cabinetry and plumbing/electrical needs that were very specific. The team at CB&R were right there from the start and helped clarify our vision where it needed it and were very open about different paths to take. Most of all and this has everything to do with my prior construction experiences, Albert and his team were always reachable and communicative. We had an emergency flooding situation and they were there immediately to mediate the damage. Once the work was approved (Albert helped expedite the review with the insurance company), the quality of the work was top notch! Highly recommend! They came in on time and in budget with clear communication! Looks better than before! 100% satisfied
