“In December 2023 I had an HVAC system installed by Elite Air that went out of business immediately after the installation. Warranty, etc. was turned over to A. J. Perri. When I thought my humidifier wasn't working, I called A. J. Perri and the technician came and told me I had to spend over $700+. I wanted to speak to the Manager because the humidifier wasn't even two years since installation. I then called Edison Heating & Cooling. Best decision I made. The technician John from Edison was professional and found that what A. J. Perri tech told me was incorrect and that the problem was the water wasn't turned on. I highly recommend Edison. They are very reputable.“

“I would highly recommend 1800 Heaters if you need a new hot water heater. My hot water heater blew on a Thursday afternoon. I went to Lowe's and spoke to a sales lady to pick out a new heater. She said, if I wasn't installing it myself, there was a much easier and less stressful way to go. She went on to explain that all I had to do is give my phone number, name, email, address and size of the hot water heater I needed and someone would call me with-in the hour.
Well, no more than 10 minutes went by and a very nice lady called me regarding my hot water heater. She (Laura) began asking me questions about the heater. There were some questions I couldn't answer because I was still in Lowe's. So Laura gave me her direct phone number and extension. Once I got home, I called Laura and she finished with her questions and she was able to give me three different models to choose from and explained the features of each model so I could make an informed decision. She also arranged for a plumbing company to deliver and install the new heater and haul away the old one. The plumbing company was great. So let 1 800 Heaters do all the leg work for you, they hire very reliable, professional, and knowledgeable subcontractors.

“Had my sump pump changed by Natale Jr in Aug (he did a quick and neat job!), but it failed last week - he responded first thing in the morning and replaced it in 10 minutes.

It was unfortunate that water came into the basement, but it was fortunate that we had Anthony done the job - he helped to arrange the PowerDry company to come the same day for inspection and started to dry the first day.
