“My wife and I needed new gutters, as our home is surrounded by towering trees on 3 sides.The half-round classic style gutters would fill up and clog 5 times a year. I'd end up climbing ladders, which grew old quickly.We went online and searched for gutter guard companies. I submitted my email address.We began receiving phone calls from several companies. We made appointments with the first 3 that contacted us.The third company to call was America Home Crafters Remodeling. I actually was able to speak with Tom Jackson, the Senior Project Manager.He scheduled an appointment and we met on our back patio the next day. He spent several hours with us, explaining his product and warranty. It was immediately apparent to me that his company had the superior product.Choosing to go with Tom was an easy call. He is knowledgable and honest. He recommended we go with 5" Seamless Gutters with American Gutter Guards.About a week later, Ed McGhee, his premier gutter installer came by to do the install.He began at noon this past Wednesday. He worked until 830 p.m. Then he returned yesterday at 11 a.m. and finished at 630 p.m.We also had a lot of moss growing on the roof. We picked up a "soft-wash solution" and Ed spent 2 hours staying it on every square inch of the roof. (That kind service was not part of the contract, but Ed did the extra work with a smile.)The new gutters have given our home a facelift. I will never have to climb another ladder, as Tom guarantees that they will not clog.So. I called fletcher brothers and they were at my house within 45 mins of the call and gave me a fair estimate. Repaired the roof 48 hours later. We've had 2 good rains now and so far so good! No leak.
