There were a few problems with the installation; however, Windows Place Plus promptly responded. They were out the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I love my OKNA Windows. The crew at Windows Place Plus are great people to work with! I have confidence that if I encounter any problems with my windows, they will respond and it will be taken care of.

Had a front door replaced after the previous door purchased & installed by The Window Place Plus warped letting in cold & hot air. The original manufacturer of the door is no longer making doors. The installation of the new door was great. Blaze, Scott, & Rob did an amazing job on an extremely hot day. We also had our windows replaced many years ago. The Window Place Plus cares about their customers and I have recommended them to others.
