Our house had a multi-paned, huge window with a palladium top encasing the front entrance. It was probably about 85 years old, and had considerable rot. Jackie and her team came out several times to evaluate the project, measured, and remeasured and came up with a plan. Supporting this window was a brick wall, which completely fell apart when the old window was removed. The head carpenters, John and Blaze, built another supporting wall to support the new window.
