There were a few problems with the installation; however, Windows Place Plus promptly responded. They were out the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I love my OKNA Windows. The crew at Windows Place Plus are great people to work with! I have confidence that if I encounter any problems with my windows, they will respond and it will be taken care of.
