I had a great experience with Paul at Passion Home Remodeling. He was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The window installation was completed efficiently, and he took the time to explain how to properly operate and care for my new window.

After an exceptionally heavy rain, I reached out with a question, and Paul came back promptly to inspect everything and add an extra seal for peace of mind. I had an issue with my back door not closing all the way. I contacted Paul and he came out the next morning and fixed the door and now it closes securely! On top of that, he noticed that my front storm door needed fixing as well and took care of that without my mentioning it.
I can always count on Paul if I have any window or door issues!

We had an exterior door installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They came out on very short notice, were professional and courteous, and did a fantastic job.
