Doors they installed look nice, but the person who installed them came to my property without the materials he needed and asked me leave, drive to a hardware store, and pick them up for him while he prepped the doors. After they were installed, they swelled in wet weather, making it impossible to open just one of the two French doors they installed. The gentleman came out to fix the swollen doors at least once, and I’m pretty sure my second or third attempt to get the company to have working properly after paying them several hundred dollars went unanswered. We hired Rick to make and install custom screen doors for the French doors off of our kitchen. We wanted to be able to open both French doors when the weather is mild, but still keep bugs out. Rick was very responsive and helped us design doors to match our 1920 colonial. His craftsmanship on the build and install of the doors was top notch. Rick was also very responsive when there was a minor repair we needed completed and was at our house within a few days to make the repair. I will hire Victoriana East again for any door, window, custom trim, etc project we in the future.Services: General door installation
