The front desk staff is always very professional and does everything they can to make sure all of my questions and concerns are answered before I leave the building. The nurses are wonderful and have always made it possible to schedule a same day appointment when my children need to be seen in an emergency. I would recommend this practice to everyone.“
“I have been going to 3D PT for a couple of months now after breaking my kneecap. I have found it very helpful with recovery and building back strength. Shane is one of the helpers there he has been very nice with helping me, and also he is a great person to talk to. Shain has made it a fun and good helper to keep you on task and happy. Also, Sarah the owner of the West Berlin location has been an amazing person to work with having flexible timing and being easy to work with! Making it nice knowing if you are jammed up she will work with you to schedule the next available time. Grant also has been great to work with a funny person to be around. Most importantly the atmosphere is great everyone is nice to each other, and everyone is willing to have a conversation and get to know each other, so it is great going in knowing it will not be boring, and just waiting for PT to be over!!!! “Care for my children has been wonderful for the past almost 18 years. The doctors are knowledgeable and most of the nurses are good too. My son has had strep twice in the past few months. The first nurse who did his culture was quick, confident and he didn't even realize she was done. However, one of the nurses the other day was not good for my son's strep throat test. She was harsh and rude.“
