This was our second visit for small lacerations (two separate situations a year apart). The first visit we did not make an appointment and it was our first ever visit so check in was a little longer. This time we made an appointment online before leaving the house, were checked in right away, and called back before we even sat down to wait. Both times, staff, nurses, and doctors were so pleasant and thorough! During our first visit, we did wait a long time once we were back in a room, almost as if they forgot we were there. Everyone was very patient and understanding with my crying toddler. From the beginning to the end I was extremely satisfied. I really appreciate their dedication and patience with our little humans. Thank you for all you guys do.
I'm a first time mom and my son Theo is 7 months old. Yesterday and the day prior he spiked a fever with no other symptoms and I was panicking! He was crying inconsolably at times and he had never done that before! I called his pediatrician and they couldn't get him in for another day. I was so impressed and blown away by the facility, service, care and ease of scheduling at PM. My son was seen super quickly while also being thoroughly evaluated! I was so relieved to get a quick ear infection diagnosis and get his meds sent over to the pharmacy right away (i even had to call and switch the pharmacy and they did it for me almost instantly) I feel so lucky to have a place… read full review
