“Love that Cooper facilities are grouped together. This location has a surgical center, lab services, drs offices. There is a Subway and a pizza place in the same parking lot. The surgical center has a nice courtyard type (indoor) seating area with a refreshment stand that sells snacks to drinks and sandwiches. Comfortable place to wait while someone has a procedure.“

“Scheduling was easy and everyone was very caring and kind- the front desk, nurse & doc. They all took my concerns seriously and my concerns were communicated and respected. The doctor was friendly and chatted while he worked, made me forget the pain :) Laura and Lauren at the front desk, and Lori the nurse, and Dr. Tayoun, all wonderful!“
“I've been to this location a couple of times the people are nice there the healthcare professionals are Very competent. The problem is the wait time so long it's just a matter of how much staff they have and when you go. Still better than the ER.“

“Went there for a deep laceration that needed stitches with two follow-ups. They were fast, friendly and did a great job. Excellent staff and have zero complaints. Hopefully I never have to go there again, but if I do, I know it'll be a great experience.“

“ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL STAFF!!!First time experience with the Mount Laurel NJ location. I had to call my on call pediatrician today and was referred to this location by a close friend! DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The receptionists were not only caring, kind and considerate on the phone but in person their compassion really showed! They had my daughter ready for her visit before we even showed up! The nurse and the nurse practitioner were also AMAZING! Carefully listened to my concerns, her symptoms and ran tests! Within 15 minutes… RESULTS, PRESCRIPTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS !!! This will definitely be my go to when I can’t get in with the doctor!Thank you ❤️“
