“I normally go to the North Brunswick office where I first met Anna. What a pleasure that she was also at the New Brunswick location . She went OVER and BEYOND for my children. This practice is blessed to have her. Also the M.A. at this location is amazing! My daughter was so scared to get her shots and she was so calm and patient n got her through it. As a mom that means a lot! I am so thankful for the amazing customer service and care that these two show! Job WELL done!“
“For anyone who has social anxiety, when you first come to this place it might seem a little daunting at first. But, during your stay as time passes you should be able to adapt better to the environment around you. All of the nurses and staffs do they're job correctly without a single hitch . Referring to the guidelines, they also follow that correctly.“
“The facility itself is great but the billing practices makes it so i wont ever come back here. I came here after verifying it was in network with my insurance company. A couple months later i received a 500 dollar bill because despite the facility being in network the doctor was not. Nobody ever informed me. So i basically am being forced to pay 500 for a covid test and a conversation with a doctor who couldnt even do anything because i was pregnant.Edit: I did hear back from this location almost immediately after posting this and wanted to post an update. They did address my issue and it seems to be just a mistake that they were able to rectify. LIke i stated the actual service provided here really is great compared to many of the other urgent cares in the area.“

“I don't know the doctor's name. But he came to rest room itself by just hearing my son vomiting sound and he started the medication immediately. It was around 11.45 PM, so he also suggested the 24/7 pharmacy to get the medication.Really thanks for your help on time.“
