I take adult ballet on Tuesday evenings at the Verona Ballet School, with Artistic Director Alissa Kossov, and I have a wonderful time. The Russian style class is simple enough for anyone to try it, with adequate level of difficulty, and she challenges us do as best as possible. The studio is beautiful, spacious & clean and the ladies that attend are so nice. I feel a lot stronger since I started. For anyone looking for a good, consistent class, where you can dance and learn, the adult ballet class at the Verona Ballet School is the place to go. I love it there! Alissa is wonderful, extremely talented and a skilled teacher!
Dynamic Dance led a town recreation Parent and Me dance class that was wonderful. The class was interactive and fun. Our dance instructor was so patient and kind with the kids. Truly great experience.

I have been going to Jofi for years and can only say very positive things about Fiorella and Pina. Professional, friendly, and very helpful. When I had a broken ankle, Fiorella kindly came to cut my hair at home. Fiorella is an expert in cutting, coloring hair, and much more. In addition, their products are excellent. For the first time in my life, I got colored hair without any dermatological allergic reaction. Thus, it is a highly recommended salon.

Recently did a full exterior renovation- windows, bay windows, roof replacement, gutters and siding ….promised schedule was met, in fact exceeded and large crews showed up as promised and worked beautifully together. Do to a back injury some 20 years ago, I have been going to numerous chiropractors over the years in 3 states. Dr. Sam is the only office I found that combines chiropractic sessions with massage therapy. The result? I sent from 3 sessions a week to 1 session every 3-4 weeks. All of the other chiropractors I went to appeared to focus on continued weekly sessions as opposed to working to better my spine health so I didn't need to rely on them to live an active lifestyle. Dr. Sam really wants to see his patients heal.I've been going to him for over 15 years. My back will never be the same since my injury, but a monthly maintenance session is not something I need to schedule my whole week around. I feel healthier and live in considerably less pain and discomfort with Dr. Sam.

One of the best massages I’ve ever received! Nancy is so professional, polite and considerate. She really reads through the initial intake form to make sure you’re getting your preferred massage, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family
10/10 massage! I like to have monthly deep tissue sports massages, but was visiting family in New Jersey for one month and couldn't go to my usual deep tissue sports massage therapist in London. I stumbled on Superior Therapeutic Solutions and Salik's massage was incredible. I had been traveling a lot and had tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I also run a lot and could feel my legs getting worn down. I left the massage feeling better than I had in weeks + Salik seems like a great & kind person! Would highly recommend.

Regina, the owner of Body Wise Massage Therapy, is a great massage therapist and very personable. When I was there last week, she really listened to understand the pain I was having in my hip, and the massage she gave me was very helpful in alleviating the pain. I highly recommend her.

i had an hour an a half massage with Kevin and it was absolutely amazing. I love this place, clean, accommodating and very reasonable, can't wait to go back. Update: there is a newer masseuse who is even better, i have had Jason a few times now and he is incredible! very strong, intuitive and really knows what he is doing. My body feels so good!
