There's not enough words to how to express how great of a doctor Paul Stefanelli is.This is a doctor who listens and has compassion for his patients. He takes the time and effort on every patient to make sure you leave his office feeling better or in days to come you feel great again. His knowledge is incredible and it shows.As I said earlier he is the nicest caring doctor you may ever come across.Highly recommended him.He saved my life.If wasn't for I may of been almost crippled. He is a life saver.Thank you doctor Paul.....Godbless I will forever continue to be treated by you.

Fabulous doctor and a very unique soul who actually cares for his patients. He is multi talented, and extremely knowledgeable about the body. A lifelong learner who I'm grateful I met. I enjoy going to his office.

As a fellow chiropractor that lives and works in Central NJ, I can say that Dr. Stefanelli is one the the finest that our profession offers. Hands of gold, even better with his patients, and deeply loves continuing to learn both of the most difficult yet helpful methods of chiropractic care available. The Gonstead Technique, and he is a long time Chiropractic Neurologist. What a wonderful combination to help improve the lives of those he cares for.
