I’ve been going to Rose on Bloom (previously Julio Angel Hair Studio) for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this salon. I’ve seen almost every stylist there over the years, and I’ve had such a great experience with every single one.
What I love most is that they actually listen to you. They take the time to understand what you’re looking for and then explain honestly and clearly what will or won’t work with your hair. I never feel like I’m just being rushed through an appointment or talked into something I don’t want. They really want you to leave happy, and I always do.
