She also worked seamlessly with Jennifer, in the optical shop, to try their best to get me glasses that would provide the best vision possible. “I had not had an eye exam for contact lenses in a really long time as I was wearing glasses due to the fact I work on a computer all day. And of course last straw was I was not able to see up close anymore. My sister and my nieces all use your practice. Always said nice things about the group. I was just being lazy but focal lenses my sister swore. Being a GUY I was like in Costco! Really? I could not say enough how once you walk through doors you are in another world! Didn’t realize I was in Costco!! Everyone was so pleasant!!! The 3 people there were just so pleasant! And mind you it was a 9AM appointment on a Saturday! Still made me feel like I was a patient for years! The doctor was SO THOROUGH!!! Took the time and patience to hear all my concerns being I was basically blind seeing up close! Even let me sit at his computer to test lenses out!! And walked out with me answerd all my questions! Ladies behind the counter were equally as helpful and pleasant!! I had an issue left a message and they called me back ASAP late on a Friday! Again I can’t say how much of a pleasant experience this was! Plus booking online was so simple!!!! My insurance company doesn’t cover contact exams. But expense well worth it did not bother a bit!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! You probably think I am a family member of someone by this point!! lol“

“It’s a good practice, but the time check should apply to both facility and patients. I was sent back for 15 minutes delay in reaching them but today (02/17/2026) I sat in lobby for 45 minutes doing nothing. This appointment is for my daughter and last time I was late to an appointment after school but was not considered (02/03/2026) even though I gave a heads up that I’m late. Please respect time of patience also if you respect appointment time. I like Brian here who makes quality glasses is one of the reason to see this facility.“
