The instructors are patient, kind, and encouraging, while still teaching discipline and respect. We’ve seen big improvements in his focus at, confidence, and listening skills — his teacher even mentioned it! While he still gets distracted at home sometimes (as kids do ?) The environment is very family-friendly and positive, and they truly care about each student. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a great martial arts program for kids!“

My children have had Senseis Eric and Jackie and both are really wonderful with young children. My Littles have wildly different personalities, and both are thriving due to the way Edge folks instruct, support, and guide them. The Senseis make the inherent challenge of karate (emotionally) safe and accessible to even young children. We are delighted to continue karate at Edge and tell our friends to come join us!“

“Strong is a great gym with great teachers. I have been taking the adult kickboxing classes for over a year and I love it! The gym provides a safe, friendly atmosphere and it is amazing what a great workout you get in one hour! Students range from 16 to 60, men and women.I had worked out in other ways over the years but had never done kickboxing before. It is definitely challenging at first but in 2-3 weeks, you get in the groove for both the conditioning and the kick-boxing parts. And it's way more fun than programs like Orange Theory or just lifting weights.I highly recommend Strong Martial Arts. It really is a great workout option for all skill levels.“
