The first time we needed them, they came out and fixed an issue with our A/C that had been improperly wired by another company during the original installation. They also got our emergency heat working in the dead of winter when we really needed it.
Most recently, I called Long Lane for an issue with our stove. Their technician diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes. They easily could have told me I needed a much more expensive repair or replacement, but instead found the actual issue, went out that same day to get the part, came back, and repaired it — all so we could use our stove and make dinner that night. That kind of service is incredibly hard to find anymore.

Their technicians take the time to explain what’s going on and what needs to be done, and you genuinely get the feeling that they care about fixing the problem the right way rather than just making a sale.
