“Pre 2023, I would recommend that everybody ignore all the negative reviews since this business has a new doctor with a whole new perspective on customer service. Doctor Patel has gone out of her way to make sure that the contacts I need for my special situation actually fit my needs. She asked me many questions and formed a couple of solutions to my needs. She has allowed me to come in later in the day (On the same day!) to try and adjust the lenses to fit me...and the fitting has taken a few visits since there are so many different lens profiles that would fit my needs. As she said, if they don't work, you will most likely not use them, so let's make sure these are exactly what you need and want...so that you use them, and like them. Every question is answered with a down to earth answer, but based on science, too! “I have been a client at Optimeyes for MANY years and have referred a number of folks to this great vision store. Brendan, the owner, is a funny, great guy, and yes....a chatterbox! He has a heart of gold and is always generous with his community support! He's also very knowledgeable regarding his industry and teaches related classes at a local college. The best part of this store is that you always get a very thorough and accurate exam from the Optometrist. And, your glasses are always the perfect prescription to enhance your vision. The selection of glasses there is quite adequate; there's a good choice for everyone! I'm writing today because a timeless pair of glasses frames that I purchased over 10 years ago broke. Brendan, after trying to get a replacement piece, actually took an ear piece from an older pair of store stock and repaired my glasses! Do you think a chain store would bother doing that??? Heck no! But, that's how much he cares! If you need glasses you now know where to get them. And, you'll be happy you did! Tell him Mary sent you!!“

She was incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly. Really appreciated a thorough eye exam, contact lens fitting, explained things I should be aware of in the future with my glasses/contacts/eyes overall, offered ideas, offered samples, and was overall a very intelligent doctor. Wish the front desk person had a tad more patience with me, and the office could've used a little cleaning (it was a shared space maybe?), but overall an experience where I went in nervous and came out a lot less so.
