Went back to get another pair of glasses and the help was so rude. They didn’t want anyone in the store. Didn’t help just rang up the order. The other worker didn’t even ask how our glasses were that we just spent over 1000.00 the week before. They definitely made you feel as though your bothering them.

I came in for a new pair of sunglasses following my cataract surgery. The sunglasses were great. After about a week, the left arm became loose, so I used my small jeweler's screwdriver to tighten it. Unfortunately, the screwdriver slipped and it scratched the left lens. I brought it back to The Optical Shoppe to have the lens replaced. A man was there and he entered the information into their computer and took my credit card to pay for it. A little more than a week passed so I called to see if the lens came in. Good facilities, quick and technically good at what they do. The senior male optician on several occasions was rude to me while being there, doesn't look you in the eye, gives you the back when you are asking question and leaves, very unprofessional way to treat costumers. It's sad I Won´t go there again.
