“Pre 2023, I would recommend that everybody ignore all the negative reviews since this business has a new doctor with a whole new perspective on customer service. Doctor Patel has gone out of her way to make sure that the contacts I need for my special situation actually fit my needs. She asked me many questions and formed a couple of solutions to my needs. She has allowed me to come in later in the day (On the same day!) to try and adjust the lenses to fit me...and the fitting has taken a few visits since there are so many different lens profiles that would fit my needs. As she said, if they don't work, you will most likely not use them, so let's make sure these are exactly what you need and want...so that you use them, and like them. Every question is answered with a down to earth answer, but based on science, too! If you disagree with my assessment, go ahead and throw tomatoes at me, but I'll going to keep coming back...for Doctor Patel“

Sharif was very patient with my questions and quickly resolved prescription sunglasses that I haven’t been able to see out for 1 year with adjusted new lenses that now I can see great with.“

They helped me decide on a frame that suited my face and prescription, and were able to special order a particular type of lens at a great price. “I have been a client at Optimeyes for MANY years and have referred a number of folks to this great vision store. Brendan, the owner, is a funny, great guy, and yes....a chatterbox! He has a heart of gold and is always generous with his community support! He's also very knowledgeable regarding his industry and teaches related classes at a local college. The best part of this store is that you always get a very thorough and accurate exam from the Optometrist. And, your glasses are always the perfect prescription to enhance your vision. The selection of glasses there is quite adequate; there's a good choice for everyone! I'm writing today because a timeless pair of glasses frames that I purchased over 10 years ago broke. Brendan, after trying to get a replacement piece, actually took an ear piece from an older pair of store stock and repaired my glasses! Do you think a chain store would bother doing that??? Heck no! But, that's how much he cares! If you need glasses you now know where to get them. And, you'll be happy you did! Tell him Mary sent you!!“
