My name is Jeffrey Smedley, this office couldn't have been less professional. It was so poorly managed I walked away concerned whether my diagnosis was accurate strongly recommend it for your peace of mind

So when you make an appointment, and they ask about your insurance, and put you on hold for a long time, shouldn't they tell you which doctor takes your insurance, rather than allowing you to get a sitter, show up for said appointment and being told that they have to reschedule because only another doctor takes your insurance?

Front staff and optician assistant very nice, attentive and welcoming but disappointed with Dr.Shah; I went to see her for chronic uveitis that I have been experiencing for the last 8 months and she was very dismissive, condescending and overall not interested in helping me get some resolution! I went to her after being referred to a uveitis specialist by my optometrist that diagnosed me and has been treating me for the uveitis since June 2023 and the first thing out of Dr. Shah’s mouth was “and you got this from an optometrist” (condescending) long story short she wasn’t able to help me and told me to come when I have a flare up to see what it is because uveitis...read full review
