Would have loved a better response when I called. When I asked if it was busy now? It was 8:40 am and the answer I got was “ it’s an urgent care” it tends to get busy of course when I arrive there were two ahead of me that would have been a better answer.“

“Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold.“

“These folks are angels, after being turned away from Modern MD and City MD and being told to go to ER ( hell naw), Chai Urgent Care took me. Amanda (awesome front desk) double checked my insurance since Modern MD said it was cancelled (it wasn't) and the Medical Assistant and Dr. Joe saw my right away.They were kind, quick, thorough and so nice and told my how to care for my new stitches.
