“Called these pros for a chimney inspection, and I’m so glad I did. They found a cracked chimney liner, lots of creosote buildup, and a damaged chimney cap. Their chimney sweep was very detailed and explained the whole chimney cleaning and chimney repair process to me. They also cleared the flue, which had some bird nests in it! “We will recommend American Quality to Everyone! We had our roof replaced and it was a sense of urgency because our roof was at least 20 years old and it was leaking into a couple of rooms! We obtained several estimates and AQH was the most reasonable. The AQH crew were :
On-time, experienced, courteous, thorough and hard-working!! We had several asks and they were addressed and taken care of: add a cricket, add a chimney cap and remove an antenna. We also have flex ductwork in our attic that needed to be detached during the roof repair and reattached once the roof was installed and they took care of the pre and post work as well as the outside cleanup! “We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

“We had the pleasure to work with New America Construction few months back. They did a wonderful job installing the french drain/ sump pump and renovating our kitchen. The project included a lot of detailing such as finding the closest match to replace the tiles, panels, and installing the backsplashes. The pricing was reasonable, and they finished the project in a timely manner.

Bruce and the team were very cooperative throughout the process. Eric was very accommodating, especially finding the right fit for the exhaust system and suggesting what's best for our house. “They did a terrific job when 1st Rate installed our new roof back in 2016. The pricing was reasonable, it looked beautiful and the service was outstanding. In addition they really stand behind their work. Twice we had storm damage and when we called we got immediate service. We noticed light coming in our attic crawl space late yesterday so we gave 1st Rate a call expecting to get an answering machine. Tony picked up the phone, listened to our problem and promised to come out this morning. By 1pm he was at the house, inspected the roof and had it repaired, free of charge!
