“Called these pros for a chimney inspection, and I’m so glad I did. They found a cracked chimney liner, lots of creosote buildup, and a damaged chimney cap. Their chimney sweep was very detailed and explained the whole chimney cleaning and chimney repair process to me. They also cleared the flue, which had some bird nests in it! The fireplace is back in working order and draws perfectly now. Very happy with the level of service and honesty.“

In addition they really stand behind their work. Twice we had storm damage and when we called we got immediate service. We noticed light coming in our attic crawl space late yesterday so we gave 1st Rate a call expecting to get an answering machine. Tony picked up the phone, listened to our problem and promised to come out this morning. By 1pm he was at the house, inspected the roof and had it repaired, free of charge!
