“My daughter and I LOVE Ale and Stylez on Mane! We make the 40-minute drive happily whenever we need a cut because she is so friendly, welcoming, and awesome at what she does. We can’t say enough good things about her. My daughter (who used to hate getting her hair cut) never complains when I say we are going to SoM, and she always walks out looking and feeling fab-u-lous. Great for grown ups and kids alike. Definitely a five-star experience.“

“For sometime I was in search of a new hairstylist. After reading the great reviews, I knew that I had to try the salon and made an appointment with Lorenzo for color and cut. Walking in, everyone was warm and welcoming. Lorenzo took his time consulting and delivering a custom color experience. I had some red in my brown hair and moved to change the tone to an ash. I was extremely pleased with the final outcome of the color and cut. Prices are reasonable for the products and delivery. Everyone I saw walking out had great hair styles/color and seemed happy. I highly recommend the salon and will definitely be back.“

“I did not write the review for Zen Parlour below and don't know how it shows up in Google reviews under my id. I do get hair cuts from Mary at Zen Parlour and have always been happy.If you want to preserve self-esteem after a haircut, avoid this place at all costs. I'm a guy with curly hair, the front down to my nose when wet, and it curls to about my eyebrows. Upon arriving I described to the lady what I wanted, which was just a trim. I said that I like my hair curly and on the longer side, and that I do not part it in any way. She seemed to understand, and began cutting. After she was finished, she had cut the front to an inch above my eyebrows, the back and sides less than an inch. She then brushed my hair to the side and said, "Wear it like this 'til it grows out." I was blown away that she suggested that I keep it brushed to the side after I explicitly said that I like it curly. I was furious, and I assume she has no brain in her head after listening to everything I said, then doing something completely different. My hair will be unable to curl for probably another month and a half, and I will never return as long as I live. This was the worst haircut I have ever received in my life. She shouldn't be allowed to come near a person's hair with scissors in her hand.Service: Haircut“

“My favorite store ever. The girls are the sweetest people EVER. They are so helpful and talk to you as if you’re a best friend. I was helped out by this amazing girl named Karina, and she helps me out anytime I go to Ulta and she’s working. The ulta has gotten so much better since the addition of Sol De Janiero and Charlotte Tilburry and in the Ulta app they send you coupons every WEEK. They just opened a sephora in the area, but ulta will forever be my go to.“
