“After a nightmare experience with a salon in Florham Park, I found this wonderful salon in Rockaway for a corrective color appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Two of the owners took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully assess my situation. They handled what had been a very upsetting experience with compassion and expertise, immediately putting me at ease.
I was incredibly grateful to be scheduled the very next day with Kim, one of the owners. Understanding how embarrassed and discouraged I felt about my hair, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Kim consulted with her team, developed a detailed plan, and took my hair goals into consideration every step of the way.
The results were nothing short of amazing. Kim completely transformed my hair and corrected the color beautifully. It honestly looks like the disaster never happened, and the final color is one of the best I've ever had.
In addition to the exceptional service, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pricing was very reasonable. This talented and diverse team is truly second to none.
I can't wait for my next appointment in a few months. This will absolutely be my go-to salon from now on, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
