Love this Ulta, though some offer more then others. I am normally a online shopper and will go in store if I need to. Its clean and staff is nice. They dont have kylie cosmetics at this location so have to go to another or order online. Its close to the mall to easy to walk to. Wish they had more stuff in store.
Yesterday, I placed an in-store pickup order, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I used an online coupon, a gift card, and a Maybelline promotion, and Brooke made the entire experience seamless. One of the items I wanted was out of stock, but Brooke went above and beyond to locate it so I could still receive the Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the transaction, followed store protocol, and made sure I left as a satisfied customer.
