“The lady who cut my hair was nice and fast and she made adjustments whenever I asked. The overall cut was good. The only problem is I had to make some minor repairs myself. There wasn't much attention pain to detail, like around the ears, so some small hairs were missed. Having said that, I would still go back. Hopefully I can get the same good cut with more attention paid to detail.“

Like I said below, Their customer service is awesome and I really wanted to love the place because they're both super nice, but it's a shame the product was just so terrible for me.***

First, I want to say that both the ladies are very friendly and super polite and professional. I loved using them but the problem I ran into was when I decided to purchase a hair piece with them.
Everything went normal until the day the hair piece arrived and I went for install. I noticed the hair piece was darker than my hair and I had told them that my color was much lighter and I wanted to use that as a base and not the old hair piece that I had accidentally dyed too dark. This was a small gripe though and I could deal with it. However, after having the hair piece for a day I noticed it felt way cheaper than the other two pieces I had before. The hair felt “dollish” and not real like my past hair pieces. Also, the base of the system was rougher and caused more itching than usual. The last two pieces I had had softer bases and felt way higher quality from elite barber shop. The biggest problem I had though was the lack of coverage in the back. I could clearly tell where the piece wasn’t cut right and needed to be lower in the back by about a quarter of an inch. You could see my skin in certain spots clearly if you lifted the hair piece up in the back. I called and they agreed to see me about the problems since I was in the 7-day warranty period. I explained the problem, but she insisted it was my lighter colored hair underneath and not how it was cut, even know I can clearly see about a 1/4'” of skin after the end of the hair piece. She redid it a bit and it did look better but the next day it was exactly back to barely covering, if at all, the back area of my head. I feel extremely uncomfortable with it and parts clearly show my scalp in the back. I never had any issues like this with Elite Barber Shop and always had great coverage. Not to mention the hair piece cost me $1,000 for full installation where Elite Barber Shop cost me $700. Elite also could show/tell me the brand of the hair piece so I knew I was getting a quality product that I could check out on my own if I wanted. When I asked about the brand with MND they simply said, “hair companies place orders differently than what consumers can get on their own” and couldn’t give me a brand that made the hair piece. I really want to love the place because they’re super awesome people, but product/service left me feeling way less than stellar and I’m probably going to replace the hair piece way before it’s time with Elite Barber Shop due to it’s short comings.“

She took the time to explain every step of the process and was very honest about setting realistic expectations since my hair was previously dyed black, which I truly appreciated.
