“Rachel Lopez is fantastic. I went to see her because of an extreme sciatica pain problem. She is a patient, compassionate & friendly listener. She was candid about the chances for successful treatment, even saying it might feel worse before getting better in 24-48 hours. It did get a bit worse at first--- but then it got SO much better. I went from being barely able to move, stand and walk without high levels of pain to having mostly soreness with a little pain in mobility. After the 2nd treatment, I was almost back to normal... like night and day. Pain is basically gone; just have a little soreness or stiffness left so far. I am SO glad I went to Rachel at Bergen County acupuncture. Highest recommendation! Please try her out! Maybe she can help you like she helped me. If I could give her 6 stars out of 5, I would.”
“This is really, really difficult to write because I don’t know if I can properly put into words the impact that Clifton Physical Therapy has had on my family.<br><br>Nearly two years ago we brought my wife into their doors after herniating two discs in her back during labor when having our daughter. With care and compassion they got her back on her feet both literally and figuratively.<br><br>Last year my cousin hurt his back and when he needed a referral of a place to go- we without question referred him to CPT. Again, they took the time to get to know him and his needs and got him back to normal.<br><br>Then earlier this year I was in horrible knee pain to the point where I could barely walk our dog or play with our toddler. An orthopedist told me that “a little PT could help” but I’d likely be in some element of chronic pain for the foreseeable future due to arthritis. I was devastated. I went to CPT for help and we got right to work. We knew that we can’t get rid of the arthritis but we can do everything we can to get me moving and mostly out of pain. They adjusted my treatment each week to account for advancements and setbacks, what I could handle, and what I needed to achieve. I’m proud to say after a few months - I’ve been pain free for a month now and had my last session last week. I’ll never take my mobility and strength for granted again and looking forward to this next chapter.<br><br>Tiff, Caitlin, Jordyn, John - I cannot thank you enough. “I cannot recommend Elite Spine Chiropractic of Fort Lee highly enough. The entire staff are super friendly, attentive, and professional.<br><br>I'd like to especially call out CJ and Grace. I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.<br><br>Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees—well behind schedule—and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.<br><br>CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring there was no lapse in the intensity or quality of my treatment. Grace’s ability to pick up exactly where we left off kept my momentum going during a high-stakes period of my rehab.
