I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.<br><br>Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees—well behind schedule—and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.<br><br>CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly.
