“Everybody here was excellent, attentive, and quick to get me on a fast track to full recovery.

I had mentally thrown in the towel on my elbow tendinitis ever getting better after nearly a full year of constant pain, and within 2 months I was pain free and back to regular physical activity.

“I originally had a neck disc issue from an injury two years ago, and it suddenly got worse with severe brain fog and headaches. I constantly felt unwell because of it, so I decided to visit.

For the first two weeks, I went about three times a week, and for the next two weeks, about twice a week. Now my head feels much clearer, and I feel so much better :)

Dr. also gave me helpful advice on what foods suit my body type, and every time I visit, the staff are always kind and caring.

Candelo Cedifa always seems to amase me. On Monday, 8/25/25, and on Friday, 8/29/25, because their was no hot water he turned Ice water from the facet to boiling hot water in a matter of seconds. You can’t make this up. Another MIRACLE!!!! Then I had a fall on my injured shoulder and after his healing ❤️‍? I was In no pain after it was excruciating. Yet another huge MIRACLE!!!! I'd like to especially call out CJ and Grace. I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.

Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees—well behind schedule—and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.

CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring there was no lapse in the intensity or quality of my treatment. Grace’s ability to pick up exactly where we left off kept my momentum going during a high-stakes period of my rehab.
