Dr. Kim is amazing! For the first time since I started experiencing back pain I feel like I am making real progress. She explains everything that is happening in a way that you understand. I would definitely recommend the Spine and Health Center in Montvale and Dr. Kim.

Sammie Nehmi's acupuncture at SHC are nothing short of phenomenal! Beyond her professional and knowledgeable demeanor, as well as her radiant smile as she greets you; Sammie takes a holistic approach that sets her apart combing her life’s work in Eastern medicine to include education in Nutrition as well as Acupuncture. I cannot say enough about the team at The Spine and Health Center in Montvale. Dr. Pete consistently exercises thoroughness in each chiropractic visit, and brings fun to it as well! He takes the time to get to know you as a person, understand what is important to you, and offers tools to maintain optimal health while integrating some laughs along the way. Kristin offers amazing support as well! Additionally, last summer, when I broke my ankle, there was NO question where I would go for PT. James helped me to reach my somewhat unorthodox goals of getting back in my treasured high heels and back to running in no time.
