“Dr. Hussain is an excellent doctor who is straightforward, honest, and clear about what matters and what doesn’t. I’ve always been satisfied with the medical care itself. The front desk staff is very good and attentive.

The reason I won’t be returning is due to recent changes in billing practices. A routine 15-minute annual physical for both me and my 24-year-old son was coded as a moderate-complexity visit. We have good insurance where annual visits are normally fully covered, yet each visit resulted in an additional charge of about $103.

There were no new or complex medical issues discussed. When I contacted both the internal and third-party billing departments, they refused to review or audit the charges and provided no clear explanation, stating only that this is now standard practice and payment was required.

Dr. Hussain is very good, but the billing practices and lack of transparency are the reason I won’t continue care here.“
