There is no sense of time in this building. I waited over an hour for my 2pm CDL physical to start. The staff is also very rude and when they actually do get to you they are so quick and abrasive it’s like you aren’t even with another human. To them you are just another number on the tick sheet for the patients they’ve seen today.
Zero star. This place is awful.. I have been here three and a half hours already I’m here to do a drug test..I think they went to lunch .. I’m the only patient here sitting in a exam room with a gown on waiting for someone for now a 45 min .. this is sad.. Very sad.. please come up with a better solution for your patiences
I went for a physical that I needed for nursing school. The wait was a little long, but Sharelle and Kaya (sorry if the names are spelled wrong!) were quick, friendly and warm while assessing me. I felt comfortable and the place was very clean.
