Vivo Infusion Princeton is an excellent, clean, well-organized, and hygienic infusion center. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The nurses truly stand out; they are extremely polite, caring, and patient, ensuring comfort throughout the entire infusion. They are kind, explain things clearly, and check on patients often. The team is timely, kind, and compassionate. Patients are grateful for the exceptional service, describing the staff as friendly, polite, and caring, which makes the whole process easy and less stressful. One patient felt loved and at ease, and another noted the staff's happiness was contagious. Overall, this is a wonderful center with a great team, professionalism, warmth, and dedication to patient care.
Everyone was patient and courteous. Very relaxing experience. I recieve my Ocrevus infusion every 6 months. This was my second time sat the Princeton location great location near my home.
I was very nervous starting this new medication for MS but I was immediately put to ease with the professionalism, knowledge, and kindness that Gail provided. I was watched constantly. The place was immaculate too.
I’ve been visiting this infusion center regularly every two months for my treatments, and I must say it’s an excellent place. The entire center is very clean, well-organized, and hygienic, which makes me feel comfortable and safe every time I visit.
