“I first went to another practice first, but found out insurance did not cover my hearing aids. I was referred to Synergy Hearing by my insurance and I could not believe the difference to perfection. Dr. Grozalis was able to use my existing test from the previous hearing aid supplier. He did a thorough job in measuring my ears for perfect fit (inside and out) and showed me several options to choose from. He is personable and very professional. She was very helpful in explaining different features and providing a recommendation.
