He showed up early and worked quickly but was very thoroughly checking areas for activity and treated them. So far, every thing seems better. Would recommend.“
“I was having a very difficult time for some reason getting in touch with customer service to find out when my tech was coming to my house. I never got the call back when i prompted it to and I got hung up on twice. The last time I called I spoke with Josh Phillip's and he absolutely changed everything around by making the necessary calls and not putting me back on hold for a 4th time. They are always pleasant when they're her and tell us exactly what they are doing. If they miss an application day, which is rare but has happened on occasion (usually due to weather), they will tell us why and reschedule. I would highly recommend this company for your tree spraying/bug preventative applications.“

“Don came to our church,St. Paul’s UMC located in Wilmington DE on Jun 8, 2023 to remove a huge Honey Bee hive (over 90,000 bees) from behind the facia on the side of the church. He worked on a ladder over 8 hours to remove all the honeycombs in the rafters and he did it safely. He cleaned up the area and removed any and all debris. Don returned September 12, 2023 to verify that all the Honey Bees were gone.I would highly recommend Don and the Philadelphia Bee Company for any and all Bee services needed.“
“Last Sunday I noticed that a tree stump in my back yard was covered with swarming termites. Instinctively, I wanted to call Terminix or Western, but I decided to see if there was a local business I could call up first. I called on Monday, and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday.The exterminator was on time, friendly and professional (with 48 years of experience)! He didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions and learning about the trade, what works, what doesn't, etc.Even with me slowing him down with questions, he was able to do an indoor/outdoor general pest spray, and a termidor treatment for both my house and tree stump all within 45 minutes, and the price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than the national chains. Not only that, but it was such a huge relief to not be upsold on anything, or being pressured into signing up for return visits, or anything like that. If you want monthly or quarterly checkups, just schedule it, and you'll get the discounted rates. If not, no big deal!Just like a lawyer, or a plumber, or a mechanic, it's better to have an exterminator/termite control company lined up before you need one. “We had roaches from a dirty neighbor and we tried two other exterminators and bombing our house this was not effective. Brian came to my house to spray twice so far. They have decreased dramatically. I went from infested to barely seeing any in the two months in which we started. Anyway Brian has what it takes to get rid of roaches.“
