I first brought in my puppy and they did an amazing job. Because of that experience, I decided to take a chance with my 6-year-old Yorkie, Cha Cha, who has always been very afraid and never tolerated grooming well. For years (especially since COVID), she just couldn’t get used to it.

This time was completely different. They took the time to guide me through everything, asked all the right questions, and truly tailored the service to her needs. Our Kira is a beautiful but anxious and nervous corgi ?‍?, so in 2024 we started with the self-service option to help her get comfortable. After a few visits, we decided to try the full-service bath, and we’re so grateful we did.

Only downfall is that you have to book your appointments a month in advance. They are very popular due to the great quality of work they do.“

“Before choosing Le Pooch Chateau, we tried several daycare and boarding facilities and even did trial stays at different places. The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.

What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating. They treated Aiwa as if she were their own dog, and that means everything to us. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly seemed to miss all the friends she made during her stay!
