My dog and I absolutely love Paticas! The mother/daughter dream team always show such love for the dogs and groom exactly as you ask. They even welcome photo ideas of any styles you’d like! They are patient, loving and super professional! And pricing is also great! My LoLa always comes out looking like a show dog! So fresh and so clean! She adores them and is not scared as she was with other groomers we’ve tried! Appointments are timed perfectly so no pets are crossing paths or needing to be caged like other places. Very safe and sanitary! Highly recommend Paticas in Ridgefield for all your pet grooming needs!

Started coming here when the pandemic first started and have been here ever since. I used to go to a place on 68th street where they used to make cuts and ALWAYS shave my dog cause of “matting issues”. Although they have never needed to shave Joy and if they need to they will tell you right away. Truth is the owner and her mom are the best around and treat your animal with such care. my dog is a nervous dog especially around other dogs but she never comes back sad or anything. 10/10 recommend this wonder place!!

From day one, Paticas has provided an excellent service. I was very concerned about taking my dog, Tito, to a new place. My biggest concern was that someone was going to mistreat him, but since I met Valentina and her mom, all my worries went away. They have done an excellent job at taking care of Tito, they've given me so many tips to take care of him, they've even accommodated last minute requests. They always listen to my requests and they do an amazing job with Tito. Every time he comes back from Paticas, he smells so good and he looks very handsome.
