“I am the owner of MedPro Billing Solutions, LLC. In January 2026 I purchased a medical billing company and made it my own. This involved leaving the DOS based software system, MARS that the company had been using for over 20 years. I was speaking to a Medisoft provider in San Antonio, Texas the entire month of December. What a waste of my time. The company was inept. I decided that company wasn't a fit for me. So on the morning of New Year's Eve I spoke with Virginia. I signed a contract with Microwize that very day. The following week MIcrowize was setting up my system; adding practices, setting up CPT codes and ICD-10 codes. From start to completion I had great service! A great company is defined by the first person you speak with. I was stressed and angry from wasting my time with the company in San Antonio. Virginia was awesome and she ensured me that I would be taking care of. She was correct! When you call Microwize, your call is always returned in a timely manner. I have had the great pleasure of working with Muhammed lately. He has been so helpful in getting my claim to go through Availity properly. Muhammed is very knowledgeable about technical and billing issues alike. He is always kind and always willing to help me. Microwize has a great support team! Great job!”

“Had messed with the bios on my pc and wasn’t able to boot it up. I explained to Ken exactly what I did and he spent a while over the phone telling me what may fix it before bringing it to him. I eventually brought it over to him and he told me I needed a new motherboard. He then took the time to help me order a new one that was within my price range and would be comparable with my old one. When the board arrived we worked out a day and he had it changed out within an hour. Awesome experience and I will be going back to him if I have an pc issues.”
